Pittsburgh's Schenley Plaza will be the site of Kids Day this weekend, offering free carousel rides, interactive activities, live performances, and other activities.

The event, which will be hosted by Peoples Gas, will run from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 11. The free events - for which no registration is required - is held on the second Sunday of the month through October.

The event takes place at Schenley Plaza, located at 4100 Forbes Ave. in Pittsburgh.
