Hartwood Acres Middle Road Concert Area will host a free performance of Ballet Under the Stars on Sunday, Aug. 24.

Attendees can arrive at 5:30 p.m. to participate in such family activities as grab-and-go crafts and dance lessons led by Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre team members. Food and beverage trucks will also be on-site.

The event will also include a Ticketed Picnic in the Park, during which attendees can enjoy wine, dinner, and Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre artists.

At 7:30 p.m. the ballet company will perform a selection of works from its repertory.
